Hurricane Creek K9 Foundation believes in not only helping dogs, but helping humans, as well. Our programs emcompass our passion for dogs and deep appreciation for those who serve on the front lines of our country, at home and abroad. Though dogs, we help to provide opportunities for Veterans and First Responders to grow, heal or expand thier horizons.
Police K9s for
Underfunded Departments
Not all departments have large budgets. Hurricane Creek K9 Foundation provides dogs to these departments free of charge, while giving shelter and rescue dogs a second chance to shine.
Forever Skill
Sometimes humans, just like our Rescue to Resource Dog, need a new skill. This program helps Veterans and First Responders to learn to be a K9 Handler or Trainer. Learning to be a K9 Handler or Trainer enables these amazing men and women, to carry this skill forward to start their own business, providing needed resources in their own communities.
